摘 要:目的:分析不同产地、不同生长年限的太白贝母药材质量与根际土壤有效性元素的相关性,为太白贝母合理施肥和克服连作障碍提供参考。方法:采用AAS和UV对太白贝母根际土壤中7种微量元素的有效性进行测定,采用HPLC和UV对不同产地太白贝母鳞茎中贝母辛和总生物碱含量进行测定。结果:1年生的根际土壤有效性元素含量总体最高,野生品根际土壤中有效锌、有效锰、有效铁、有效镁和有效硼平均含量高于栽培品根际土壤,有效铜和有效钙平均含量低于栽培品根际土壤。相关分析结果表明,太白贝母鳞茎中贝母辛含量与根际土壤中有效铁含量存在显著负相关(r=-0.692,P<0.05),总生物碱含量与根际土壤中有效锰、有效铜含量存在显著正相关(r=0.651、0.720,P<0.05)。结论:土壤中有效性元素之间具有协同作用,贝母辛含量主要受根际土壤有效铁含量影响,总生物碱含量主要受根际土壤有效锰、有效铜含量影响。Objective: To analyze the correlation between the quality of medicinal materials of Fritillaria taipaiensis with different growth years from different producing areas and the available elements in rhizosphere soil, so as to provide reference for rational fertilization and overcoming continuous cropping obstacles of Fritillaria taibaiensis.Methods: The availability of seven trace elements in rhizosphere soil of Fritillaria taipaiensis was determined by AAS and UV.The peimisine and total alkaloid contents in bulbs of Fritillaria taipaiensis from different producing areas were determined by HPLC and UV.Results: The rhizosphere soil of one-year-old plant had the highest overall content of available elements, and the average contents of available Zn, available Mn, available Fe, available Mg and available B in rhizosphere soil of wild species were higher than that of cultivated species, while the average contents of available Cu and available Ca were lower than that of cultivated species.The results of correlation analysis showed that there was a significant negative correlation between peimisine content in the bulbs of Fritillaria taipaiensis and available Fe content in rhizosphere soil(r=-0.692,P<0.05),there was a significant positive correlation between the total alkaloids content and available Mn and available Cu contents in rhizosphere soil(r=0.651,0.720,P<0.05).Conclusion: There is a synergistic effect between the effective elements in soil.The peimisine content is mainly affected by available Fe content in rhizosphere soil, while the total alkaloids content is mainly affected by available Mn and available Cu contents in rhizosphere soil.
