摘 要:目的:对有柄石韦正丁醇部分的化学成分进行研究。方法:利用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20凝胶、RP-C18、PHPLC等柱色谱方法对有柄石韦的正丁醇部位进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和MS、NMR等波谱数据方法进行结构鉴定。结果:从有柄石韦中分离纯化得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为:原儿茶酸(1)、七叶内酯(2)、绿原酸甲酯(3)、香草酸(4)、儿茶素(5)、表儿茶素(6)、4-O-咖啡酰基奎宁酸甲酯(7)、5-甲氧基-2-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基苯甲酸甲酯(8)、4β-carboxymethyl-(-)-epicatechin methyl ester(9)、咖啡酸(10)、咖啡酸-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(11)、儿茶素-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(12)、二氢柏松苷(13)、3-O-feruloglsucrose(14)、八角枫苷A(15)。结论:其中,化合物1、2、5~8、12~15为首次从石韦属植物中分离得到,化合物11为首次从有柄石韦中分离得到。Objective: To study the chemical constituents from n-butanol extract of Pyrrosia petiolosa stems and leaves.Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography using silica gel, Sephadex LH-20,RP-C18 and PHPLC.The structures were identified based on the physicochemical properties of the compounds, MS, NMR and other spectral data methods.Results: Fifteen compounds were isolated and purified from Pyrrosia petiolosa stems and leaves, and identified as protocatechuic acid(1),esculin(2),methyl chloroformate(3),vanillic acid(4),catechin(5),epicatechin(6),4-O-caffeoyl quinic acid methyl ester(7),5-methoxy-2-O-β-D-glucopyranosylbenzoic acid ester(8),4β-carboxymethyl-(-)-epicatechin methyl ester(9),caffeic acid(10),caffeic acid-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(11),catechin-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside(12),dihydroconiferin(13),3-O-feruloglsucrose(14),octagonal maple glucoside A(15),respectively.Conclusion: Among them, compounds 1,2,5 to 8 and 12 to 15 are isolated from Pyrrosia genus for the first time, compound 11 is isolated from Pyrrosia petiolosa stems and leaves for the first time.
