摘　　要：新一代短波3G_ALE(Third Generation Automatic Link Establishment)通信技术,具有低信噪比下链路建立快、业务流量高、信道利用率高等特点,得到广泛应用。研究复杂环境下3G-ALE信号的快速检测、类型识别技术,对短波信号的检测和截获具有十分重要的意义。文章从信号检测的角度出发,针对3G-ALE信号的协议特征,研究使用基于滑动FFT的快速相关检测、高精度频率估计算法,针对3G-ALE不同类型波形进行快速检测、识别以及栽频估计,并结合实际情况在信号处理平台上完成了相关算法的实现,实际信号接收实验表明算法性能良好,实用性较强。Third Generation HF Automatic Link Establishment is attentioned widely because of its characteristic of quickly link establishment,high throughput and channel.lt is important to research the technique for 3G—ALE waveform quickly detection and recognition under electronic countermeasure environ-ment.From the angle of signal reconnaissance,the paper makes use of the protocol and the difference of waveform,uses the correlation detectionbased on sliding FFT,and the high precision frequency estimation,accomplishes several waveforms detection,recognition and parameter estimation.The relevant algorithm has also been realized on a signal processing platform,the experiment shows the algorithm is prag-matic and efficient.
