摘 要:为使炼油污水处理厂出水达到厂区回用水的要求,采用电絮凝-电渗析组合工艺对其开展中试研究。中试处理规模为0.1 m^(3)/h。中试结果表明,在初始pH值为10,电流密度为10 mA/cm^(2),电解时间为20 min的条件下,电絮凝对总硬度、浊度的平均去除率分别为92.8%、97.9%,降低了对电渗析膜的污染。电渗析工艺控制淡化室和浓缩室的最佳运行流量为1.0 m^(3)/h,浓缩室和淡化室体积比为3∶1。电絮凝-电渗析组合工艺出水电导率为469.3μS/cm,总碱度为15.3 mg/L,总磷酸盐、COD、硫酸根离子的平均质量浓度分别为0.062、20.2、69.2 mg/L,平均去除率分别为75.4%、91.6%、97.6%、61.8%、80.0%。组合工艺出水指标完全满足企业回用水的水质要求。In order to make the effluent water quality of refinery sewage treatment plant reach the requirement of factory reuse water,electrocoagulation-electrodialysis combined process was adopted for its pilot-scale treatment with a treatment scale of 0.1 m^(3)/h.The results showed that,under the condition that the initial pH value was 10,the electric current density was 10 mA/cm^(2),the electrolysis time was 20 min,the average removal rates of total hardness and turbidity by electrocoagulation were 92.8%and 97.9%respectively,which reduced the contamination of electrodialysis membrane.The optimal operation flow rate of desalination chamber and concentration chamber was 1.0 m^(3)/h,the volume ratio of the concentration chamber to the desalination chamber was 3∶1.The effluent water conductivity was 469.3μS/cm,the total alkalinity was 15.3 mg/L,the average mass concentrations of total phosphate,COD,and sulfate ions were 0.062,20.2,69.2 mg/L respectively,the average removal rates of the mentioned pollutants were 75.4%、91.6%、97.6%、61.8%and 80.0%respectively.The indexes of the effluent water from the combined process totally met the quality requirement of reuse water of enterprise.
