甲醛废水处理站升级改造工程实例

摘  要:甲醛废水具有水质波动大、COD高、甲醛高等特点,某甲醛废水处理站采用UASB-好氧接触氧化处理工艺,出水水质不能达到GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》二级标准。在分析实际进出水水质,充分利用现有设施的基础上进行工艺改造,新增优势甲醛菌种预处理甲醛工艺与水解酸化工艺,增加事故池与好氧池容积等。改造后,工艺运行稳定,出水COD平均质量浓度为104 mg/L,甲醛平均质量浓度为0.6 mg/L,出水水质均满足GB 8978—1996二级标准。Formaldehyde wastewater has characteristics of great fluctuation of water quality,high COD and formaldehyde concentration and so on,UASB-aerobic contact oxidation process was adopted in a formaldehyde wastewater treatment station,the effluent water quality could not meet the requirement of grade 2 in GB 8978—1996 Integrated wastewater discharge standard.Based on the analysis of the actual inlet and outlet water quality and making full use of the existing facilities,the process transformation was carried out,dominant formaldehyde bacteria pretreatment process and hydrolytic acidification process were added,and the volume of accident pool and aerobic pool was increased.After the reconstruction,the process ran stably,the average mass concentrations of COD and formaldehyde in the effluent water were 104 and 0.6 mg/L respectively,the effluent water quality met the requirement of grade 2 in GB 8978—1996.
