摘  要:某化工园区污水厂为达到上海市DB 31/199—2009《污水综合排放标准》一级标准的出水要求进行了提标改造,提标改造重点是难降解有机物的去除,设计在原工艺后增加V型滤池-臭氧氧化-Flopac生物滤池深度处理工艺。运行结果表明:提标改造后出水水质稳定,COD和TOC的总去除率分别为44%、50%,出水水质达到DB 31/199—2009一级排放标准。提标组合工艺运行费用为1.00元/m^(3),具有投资和运行成本低等优势。In order to meet the effluent water quality requirement of grade 1 in DB 31/199—2009 Integrated wastewater discharge standard of Shanghai City,a wastewater treatment plant in a chemical industrial park was reconstructed for upgradation.As the key point of the said upgrading and reconstruction was hard-degradable organic matters removal,an advanced treatment process of V-type filter-ozone oxidation-Flopac biofilter was added behind the original process.The operation results showed that:through the upgrading and reconstruction,the effluent water quality was stable,the total removal rates of COD and TOC were 44%and 50%respectively,which met the requirement of grade 1 in DB 31/199—2009 standard.The operation cost of the upgrading and reconstruction combined process was 1.00 yuan/m^(3),which showed the advantages of low investment and operation cost.
