摘  要:针对以工业废水为主的混合污水中重金属离子高、有机物浓度高、可生化性低等特点,设计采用改良型AAO-磁混凝沉淀-臭氧氧化-活性炭过滤工艺,介绍了该处理工艺的流程、设计参数、运行效果、工程投资及运行成本。工程运行结果表明,进水COD、NH_(3)-N、TN、TP、SS平均质量浓度分别为395.8、30.7、41.3、4.2、213.5 mg/L,对应出水平均质量浓度分别为40.6、3.6、10.4、0.32、8.3 mg/L,出水水质稳定达到GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A标准。该工艺结构紧凑,处理效果稳定,运行维护方便。In view of the characteristics of mixed water which is mainly industrial wastewater such as:high heavy metal ions concentration,high organic matters concentration,low biodegradability,and so on,improved AAO-magnetic coagulation sedimentation-ozone oxidation-activated carbon filtration process was adopted in the design.The flow,design parameters,operation effect,engineering investment and operation cost of the said process were introduced.The project operation results showed that,under the condition that mass concentrations of COD,TN,TP and SS in influent water were 395.8,30.7,41.3,4.2,and 213.5 mg/L respectively,the corresponding indexes of the effluent water were 40.6,3.6,10.4,0.32,8.3 mg/L respectively,the effluent water quality stably met the requirement of level A grade 1 in GB 18918—2002 Pollutant discharge standard of municipal wastewater treatment plants.The said process has compact structure and stable treatment effect,more than that,its operation and maintenance is also convenient.
