摘 要:本文基于CNKI数据库对建筑领域文献进行计量分析,结果表明,文献发表数量反应了建筑技术发展历程,与建筑业发展历程基本吻合,这说明建筑技术从研发到应用转化顺畅高效,建筑技术研发与建筑业发展协同促进效果良好。本文运用科学知识图谱可视化分析和问卷调研,探讨了建筑业研究热点和未来发展趋势,结果表明绿色建造和基于BIM的智慧建造是当今研究热点,建筑绿色化和智慧化是发展趋势。对建筑绿色化和BIM技术进行可视化分析,结果显示:绿色建材、绿色施工、绿色建造对建筑绿色化和产出绿色建筑至关重要;BIM技术不仅对建筑设计有深远影响,对包括施工、项目管理和运行维护在内的建筑全生命周期都有重要意义。Based on the quantitative analysis of the literature in the construction field based on the CNKI database,the results show that the number of published documents reflects the development process of the construction technology,which is basically consistent with the development process of the construction industry,which shows that the transformation of the construction technology from R&D to application is smooth and efficient,and the coordinated promotion effect of the construction technology R&D and the development of the construction industry is good.Based on the visualization analysis of scientific knowledge spectrum and questionnaire survey,this paper discusses the research hotspots and future development trends of the construction industry.The results show that green construction and intelligent construction based on BIM are the current research hotspots,and green and intelligent buildings are the development trend.Based on the visual analysis of building greening and BIM technology,it is revealed that green building materials,green construction and green construction are very important to the greening of buildings and the production of green buildings;BIM technology not only has a far-reaching impact on architectural design,but also is of great significance to the whole life cycle of buildings,including construction,project management and operation and maintenance.
