摘  要:猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)是引起猪圆环病毒相关疾病(PCVAD)的主要病原体,会破坏免疫系统,引起多种病毒或细菌的混合感染与继发感染,给养猪业造成了巨大经济损失。目前疫苗免疫仍然是防控PCVAD的有效手段,核衣壳蛋白(Cap)是主要免疫保护性抗原,因此Cap蛋白基因工程疫苗是研究的理想靶抗原,获得大量、可溶性、富有活性的PCV2 Cap蛋白是疫苗研制的关键因素。论文综述了利用大肠埃希氏菌、酵母菌、活病毒载体等体外表达系统表达PCV2 Cap蛋白的进展,为PCV2新型基因工程疫苗的研制提供依据。Porcine circovirus type 2(PCV2)is the main pathogen that causes porcine circovirus associated disease(PCVAD).The virus could destroy the immune system and thereby trigger co-infection or secondary infection of multiple viruses or bacteria,causing huge economic losses to swine industry.At present,vaccine immunization is still an effective way to prevent and control PCVAD,and nucleocapsid protein(Cap)which could stimulate the body to produce specific antibodies is the main immunoprotective antigen of PCV2.Therefore,Cap protein has become an ideal target antigen for genetic engineering vaccine research.And obtaining a large amount of soluble and activated Cap protein in vitro is a key factor for vaccine development.This article reviewed the research progress on the expression system of PCV2 Cap protein in vitro by using E.coli,yeast,and live virus vectors in recent years,providing reference for the development of novel PCV2 genetic engineering vaccine in the future.
