摘　　要："十四五"规划纲要提出"稳慎推进人民币国际化",对研究人民币国际化的新路径具有重要的指导意义。人民币国际化面临的新挑战在于:"后疫情时代"金融稳定的保障措施还不完善,尚未以"中国模式"充分凸显人民币的比较优势,贸易摩擦对人民币国际化形成较大冲击。因此,稳慎推进人民币国际化应统筹发展和安全。在总体战略方面,人民币国际化的"定位点"是立足于在美元体系内提升货币地位,"路线图"是市场占有率提升和风险防范并重,"驱动力"是以中长期资本流动推进市场发展。在具体策略方面,要在政策驱动基础上培育市场驱动的内生动力,利用计价结算职能优势带动投资和储备职能,深度整合、联动推进人民币离岸与在岸市场建设,拓展空间范围,实现多层次、精准性的突破。The 14 th Five-Year Plan puts forward the policy of"steadily and prudently promoting RMB internationalization",which indicates practical significance for the study of the new path of RMB internationalization.The new challenges of RMB Internationalization are the imperfect safeguard measures for financial stability in the"post epidemic era",the lack of fully highlighting the comparative advantages of RMB with the"China model",and the great impact of trade friction and financial sanctions.Therefore,development and security should be coordinated in the steady and prudent promotion of RMB internationalization.As for overall strategies,the"anchor point"is to enhance the currency status in the dollar system,the"road-map"is to increase the market share and pay equal attention to risk prevention,and the"driving force"is to promote market development through medium and long-term capital flows.Accordingly,micro strategies are as follows:the internal driving force driven by the market should be cultivated on the basis of policy;RMB’s valuation and settlement function advantages are utilized to drive investment and reserve function;the RMB offshore and onshore markets should be deeply integrated and coordinated;and RMB Internationalization is ought to expand the space scope and achieve breakthroughs in multi-level and precision.
