摘  要:化学灌浆材料是目前应用于煤矿安全治理较多的材料之一,本文基于某淮南煤田煤矿回采过程中部分工作面出现突涌水现象及个别工作面出现压架子事故,探讨双液及新型化学注浆材料加固破碎煤岩体小试。结果显示,五种常用的双液化学浆液中,固邦特遇水发泡,具有一定的膨胀率,且同等浆液用量下,其形成的砂和煤矸石的固结体强度最高,宜优先选用;新型化学浆材砂固结体抗压强度均高于固邦特的固结强度,值得推广应用。Chemical grouting material is one of the materials widely used in coal mine safety management at present.Based on the water inrush phenomenon in some working faces and the frame pressing accident in individual working faces in the mining process of a coal mine in Huainan coalfield,this paper discusses the small-scale test of strengthening broken coal and rock mass with double liquid and new chemical grouting materials.The results show that among the five commonly used two liquid chemical slurries,solid bond foams with water and has a certain expansion rate.Under the same amount of slurry,the consolidated body of sand and coal is the highest,so it should be preferred.The compressive strength of the consolidated body of new chemical slurry sand is higher than that of solid bond,which is worthy of popularization and application.
