摘  要:在煤化工领域中,煤气化是十分重要的一项技术,也是煤制油、甲醇、天然气等煤炭深加工的基础工艺。在碎煤固定床加压气化生产当中,酚氨回收装置脱酸脱氨塔塔釜液水质超标等问题,需要不断对脱酸脱氨塔进行优化设计,保证煤深加工的质量以及环保性。基于此,本文重点探究煤气化废水酚氨回收装置中,脱酸脱氨塔的优化操作。Coal gasification is a very important technology in the field of coal chemical industry.It is also the basic process of coal deep processing such as coal to oil,methanol and natural gas.In the pressurized production of crushed coal in fixed bed,the water quality of the kettle liquid of deacidification and deamination tower of phenol ammonia recovery unit exceeds the standard.It is necessary to continuously optimize the design of deacidification and deamination tower to ensure the quality of coal deep processing and environmental protection.Based on this,this paper focuses on the optimal operation of deacidification and deamination tower in phenol ammonia recovery unit of coal gasification wastewater.
