摘　　要：介绍了PSA提氢装置程控阀的使用情况及运行过程中程控阀出现的故障和处理方法,并对装置运行过程中DCS监控及操作要点进行总结,提高变压吸附装置程控阀故障判断及处理措施,保证装置的安全稳定运行。This paper introduces the use of program-controlled valve in PSA hydrogen extraction unit,the faults and treatment methods of program-controlled valve during operation,and summarizes the DCS Monitoring and operation points during operation,so as to improve the fault judgment and treatment measures of program-controlled valve in PSA hydrogen extraction unit,and ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
