摘　　要：分析高校节能减排的重要性,以内江师院为例阐述节能减排措施。为解决综合评价本科院校节能减排的问题,采用熵权TOPSIS法来分析指标得到各高校节能减排评价结果。This paper analyzes the importance of energy conservation and emission reduction in Colleges and universities,and takes Neijiang Normal University as an example to elaborate energy conservation and emission reduction measures.In order to solve the problem of comprehensive evaluation of energy conservation and emission reduction in universities,entropy weight TOPSIS method is used to analyze the indicators,and the evaluation results of energy conservation and emission reduction in universities are obtained.
