摘  要:高耸麦芽塔的发芽箱、干燥箱均采用有粘结预应力无梁楼盖体系。根据其承载特点及内力计算规律,采用了三向预应力钢绞线及正交非预应力筋的布筋方式。基于MidasGen有限元分析平台,验算了三向预应力圆板在施工阶段、使用阶段的内力、变形规律,有效的解决了重载大跨度圆板的结构设计与施工控制要点。The germination and drying boxes of the towering malt tower are equipped with an adhesive pre-stressed beamless roofing system.According to its carrying characteristics and internal force calculation law,the three-way pre-stressed steel strands and orthoso-non-pre-stressed ribs are used.Based on MidasGen analysis platform,the internal forces and deformation laws of the three-way prestressed circular plate floor in the construction and use stages are verified.The structural design and construction control points of heavy-duty large-span round plates are effectively solved.
