摘  要:在砂卵石等粗粒料中控制灌浆防渗,国内已有一定研究基础,但因施工现场实际地质、施工、经济等条件限制,目前尚没有形成成套钻孔、制浆、灌浆技术及检测、试验方法,灌浆效果受设计、施工人员技术水平、现场管理水平等因素影响较大,因此,有必要对粗粒土控制灌浆技术进行系统研究。结合粗粒土灌浆浆材室内试验及现场灌浆试验成果,系统研究了粗粒土灌浆浆液、成孔工艺、灌浆方法、灌浆设备、灌浆压力、灌浆段长等,提出了合适的检测方法及粗粒土控制灌浆设计指标,形成了粗粒土控制灌浆成套技术。There was a certain research foundation in China to control grouting seepage prevention in coarse-grained materials such as sand pebbles,however,due to the limitations of actual geological,construction and economic conditions of construction site,a complete set of drilling,pulping,grouting technology have not been formed,the detection,test methods,grouting effect was greatly affected by the technical level of design and construction personnel,on-site management level and other factors,therefore,it was necessary to systematically research on the controlled grouting technology of coarse-grained soil.Combining with the grouting materials laboratory test and field grouting test results of coarse grained soil,this paper systematically researched the coarse grained soil grouting slurry,pore forming process,grouting method,grouting equipment,grouting pressure,grouting section length etc.,put forward appropriate detection methods and coarse grained soil control grouting design indexes,formed a complete set of coarse grained soil control grouting technology.
