摘　　要：爆炸品运输车辆运输的都是危险性极大的爆炸品,一旦发生事故,危害性极大。因此有必要在车厢内增加一层有效的防护涂层,来增强车辆运输的安全性。提出了在车厢内部表面喷涂防护涂层的基本性能要求和施工作法,选择了喷涂特种聚脲防护涂层对其进行防护。针对车辆的防护需求,对喷涂聚脲防护涂层进行了抗冲击、吸能、耐磨、防水等防护性能测试,测试结果和研究表明在爆炸品运输车辆内喷涂特种聚脲防护涂层防护效果显著,值得推广应用。The explosive transport vehicles usually transport explosive ordnance with great danger.Once accident happens,it will bring out great danger.Therefore,it is necessary to paint effective protection coating in the carriage for enhancing the vehicle transportation security.The paper puts forward basic performance demands and construction methods for painting protection coating in the carriage,and selects SPUA protection coating for protection.In light of the vehicle protecting demands,it carries out protecting performance test for the SPUA protection coating from aspects of impact resistance,energy absorption,wear resistance and waterproof.The testing results and research show that:the effect of painting SPUA protection coating in the explosive transport vehicle is obvious,which is worth promoting.
