摘  要:以玉米芯纤维浆为原料,在不同磷酸浓度下采用微波法制备了3种生物质活性炭,考察生物质活性炭对印染废水的吸附性能,并研究生物质活性炭的等温吸附、动力学吸附特性。结果表明:玉米芯纤维浆经30 mL 60%磷酸活化,制备的生物质活性炭吸附性能最佳,该活性炭比表面积为250.534 m2/g,总孔体积为1.914 cm3/g。生物质活性炭易吸附模拟印染废水中的甲基橙和酸性大红GR,对甲基橙和酸性大红GR的去除率分别为99.64%和98.71%。生物质活性炭的等温吸附更接近Langmuir模型,吸附方式更接近于单分子层吸附,动力学吸附更符合拟二级动力学方程。Using corncob fiber pulp as raw material,three kinds of biomass activated carbon were prepared by microwave method under different concentration of phosphoric acid.The adsorption performance of biomass activated carbon for printing and dyeing wastewater was investigated,and the adsorption characteristics of isothermal adsorption and kinetic adsorption were studied.The results show that the adsorption performance of the prepared biomass activated carbon is the best when the corncob fiber pulp is activated by 30 mL 60%phosphoric acid.The activated carbon had a specific surface area of 250.534 m2/g,and the total pore volume is 1.914 cm3/g.Biomass activated carbon can adsorb methyl orange and acid scarlet GR in simulated printing and dyeing wastewater,and the removal rates of methyl orange and acid scarlet GR are 99.64%and 98.7%,respectively.The isothermal adsorption of biomass activated carbon is closer to the Langmuir model,and the adsorption mode is closer to the monolayer adsorption,and the kinetic adsorption is more in line with the pseudo-second-order kinetic equation.
