摘 要:探讨CRNDE对白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)诱导的软骨增殖、凋亡和炎性因子表达的影响及可能机制。研究发现,与对照组比较,骨关节炎组患者软骨组织中CRNDE表达升高,而miR-212-5p表达降低。下调CRNDE可靶向负调控miR-212-5p提高IL-1β诱导的软骨细胞增殖,并降低细胞凋亡和炎性因子表达,CRNDE/miR-212-5p轴可能为骨关节炎的治疗提供了新靶点。The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect and possible mechanism of CRNDE on interleukin 1β(IL-1β)-induced proliferation and apoptosis of chondrocytes and secretion of inflammatory factors in osteoarthritis.The study found that,compared with the control group,the CRNDE expression was upregulated,while the miR-212-5p expression was down-regulated,in cartilage tissue of patients with osteoarthritis.In conclusion,down-regulation of CRNDE can target and negatively regulate miR-212-5p,leading to increased IL-1β-induced chondrocyte proliferation,reduced cell apoptosis and expression of inflammatory factors.The CRNDE/miR-212-5p axis may be a new target for treatment of osteoarthritis.
