摘  要:随着原油重质化和劣质化以及越来越严格的环保法规的实施,加氢脱硫成为获得清洁燃油的重要手段,催化剂更是加氢脱硫工艺的核心。针对传统加氢脱硫催化剂制备方法存在活性金属和载体相互作用较强、硫化度较低、开工周期长和环境不友好等问题,对制备络合型催化剂、体相催化剂和预硫化催化剂3种改进的催化剂制备方法进行综述和展望。其中,络合型催化剂可以降低活性金属和载体的强相互作用,提高活性金属的硫化度;体相催化剂活性组分含量高,催化性能良好;预硫化催化剂可以在理论上获得100%硫化度的活性相,缩短炼油厂开工周期。With the heavy and degraded crude oil and increasingly stringent environmental regulations,hydrodesulfurization has become an important means of obtaining clean fuel,and the catalyst is the core of the hydrodesulfurization process.In view of the problems of strong interaction between active metal and support,low sulfidation degree,long start-up cycle and unfriendly environment in the traditional preparation methods of hydrodesulfurization catalysts,preparation methods for three improved catalysts including complex catalysts,bulk catalysts and pre-sulfurized catalysts were reviewed and prospected.Among them,the complex catalyst can reduce the strong interaction between the active metal and the carrier,and increase the sulfidation degree of the active metal.The bulk catalyst has a high content of active components and good catalytic performance.Pre-sulfurized catalyst can theoretically obtain the active phase with 100%sulfidation degree and shorten the refinery start-up cycle.
