摘  要:针对非洲某铜冶炼厂由于电力供应状况不稳定、员工操作水平低、系统内设备出现故障,导致投产初期作业率较低的状况,对该厂侧吹炉厂房配置和炉型特点进行了优化设计,利用炉体加料口和检尺孔增设喷枪。实践表明,该措施保证了现场安全、稳定了生产。In view of the low operation rate in the initial stage of operation of a copper smelter in Africa due to unstable power supply,low operation level of employees and equipment failure in the system,the optimal design is carried out for the configuration of the SBF plant building and furnace type characteristics of the smelter,and the lance is added by using the charging port and inspection hole of the furnace body.The practice after the production resumption shows that the measure has been successfully implemented and applied to ensure the safety and stability of the production site.
