摘　　要：介绍中心筒转化器结构特点,分析弧形隔板受力情况。以某转化器改造项目为例,提出弧形隔板优化方案,并采用有限元分析验证优化方案的可行性,为中心筒转化器设计提供参考。The stress analysis of arc-shaped baffle,center cylinder and outer cylinder was carried out.Based on the engineering practice,and the optimal design scheme of arc-shaped baffle was put forward,and the feasibility of the optimization scheme was verified by finite element analysis,which provided a reference for the design of the center cylinder converter.
