摘　　要：沸腾焙烧车间锌精矿仓桥式抓斗起重机的变频器(ABB ACS850)故障频繁,严重影响车间正常生产。为了解决变频器各种故障问题,根据起重机的电气原理图,提出在改动最小、成本最节约的原则,将ABB ACS850型号的变频器升级为ABB ACS880变频器,并对升级后变频器各种参数的修改、设置方法及注意事项进行了分析。For the bridge grab crane of zinc concentrate bin in the fluidized roasting plant,the inverter(ABB ACS850 series)fails frequently,which seriously affects the normal production of the plant.In order to solve various faults of the inverter,the paper puts forward the principle of minimum modification and most cost saving according to the electrical schematic diagram of the crane.ABB ACS850 inverter is upgrade to ABB ACS880 inverter.Meanwhile,the paper also analyzes the modification,setting methods and precautions of various parameters of the upgraded inverter.
