摘　　要：步入21世纪20年代,我国已经实现了全面建成小康社会的战略目标,巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接是当前的主要任务,新形势下农村环境问题仍比较突出,人们生活的美好需要包含建设美丽乡村的需要,基于乡村振兴和依法治国的视角,就农村环境问题可从立法、司法、执法、守法等方式找寻法律对策。Entering the 2020s,China has achieved the strategic goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.Strengthen poverty crucial achievements effective connection with country revitalization is the main task of the current,under the new situation of rural environmental problems are still prominent,people need to include construction of a better life beauti⁃ful country needs,based on the country revitalization and the perspective of the rule of law,the rural environment problem from the legislative,judicial,law enforcement,law-abiding and so on to find legal countermeasures.
