摘  要:小麦和玉米都是我国重要的农作物,在我国种植时间悠久,也是我国农业经济的重要粮食作物。小麦和玉米作为两种不同的作物,在农业研究的过程中也发现了二者的不同特性及种植需求。从种植的条件来看,对土壤和水肥的需求较为相近,且通过轮作的方式,能够提高同一片耕地的利用性,还可以提高粮食产量。本文将着重探究在小麦-玉米轮作一体化保护栽培期间,经过轮作后土壤微生物群落的变化。Both wheat and corn are important crops in our country.They have been planted for a long time in our country and are also important food crops in our agricultural economy.As two different crops,wheat and corn have different characteristics and planting requirements in the process of agricultural research.In terms of planting conditions,the requirements for soil,wa⁃ter and fertilizer are similar,and through crop rotation,the utilization of the same piece of arable land can be improved,and food production can also be increased.This article will focus on exploring the changes in soil microbial communities through crop rotation during the integrated protection and cultivation period of wheat-corn rotation.
