摘 要:以草莓(隋珠)不定芽为原材料,MS为基本培养基,考查不同植物生长素、天然添加物和活性炭对其生根的影响。结果表明:植物生长素促进草莓不定芽生根效果,IBA〉NAA〉IAA,当IBA浓度为0.5mg/L时,不定芽的生根率为84%;天然添加物中香蕉对生根有抑制作用,土豆和椰汁对促进生根无明显作用;添加适量的活性炭能有效促进不定芽生根,最佳浓度为2g/L。最终确定草莓(隋珠)不定芽的最优生根培养基为MS+0.5mg/L IBA+2g/L活性炭+蔗糖30g/L+琼脂粉7g/L,pH值5.8。Adventitive buds of strawberry(Sui Zhu)were used as raw materials and MS as basic medium to investigate the ef⁃fects of auxin,natural additives and activated carbon on rooting of strawberry(Sui Zhu).The results showed that aucin promoted the rooting effect of adventitious buds of strawberry IBA>NAA>IAA,and the rooting rate of adventitious buds was 84%when IBA concentration was 0.5mg/L.Bananas inhibit adventitious buds rooting,while potato and coconut milk had no obvious effect on rooting.An appropriate amount of activated carbon was added to promote adventitious bud rooting effectively,and the opti⁃mal concentration was 2g/L.Finally,it was determined that the optimal rooting medium for adventitious buds of strawberry(Sui Zhu)was MS+0.5mg/L IBA+2g/L activated carbon+sucrose 30g/L+7g/L agar powder with a pH value of 5.8.
