摘 要:世界三大著名蒸馏酒之一贵州茅台属于酱香型白酒,酿造酱香白酒主要原料的红缨子高粱种植面积正在逐年扩大,每年在收割高粱后,会产生巨量的高粱秸秆,其饲料化利用成为研究的热点。如何通过高粱量分析高粱秸秆的量,成为其饲料化遇到的首要问题,本文利用农作物秸秆系数和收获指数研究红缨子高粱籽与秸秆的关系,并结合饲料化对秸秆的要求,提出鲜秸秆系数的概念。研究发现:红缨子高粱的秸秆系数是0.99、收获指数是0.49、鲜秸秆系数是2.88,秸秆含水率为65.82%。结合鲜秸秆系数,推算仅贵州2019年、2020年、2021年和2022年新鲜秸秆量产生量达112.32万吨、144万吨、216万吨和288万吨之多,可见研究高粱秸秆饲料化任务之紧迫。One of the three famous distilled liquor in the world,Kweichow Moutai belongs to Moutai-flavor liquor.The plant⁃ing area of red tassel sorghum,the main raw material of Moutai-flavor liquor,is expanding year by year.After harvesting sor⁃ghum every year,a huge amount of sorghum straw will be produced.How to analyze the amount of sorghum straw through the amount of sorghum has become the primary problem encountered in the forage.In this paper,the relationship between sorghum seed and straw of red tassels was studied by using crop straw coefficient and harvest index,and the concept of fresh straw coeffi⁃cient was put forward according to the requirement of forage straw.The results showed that the straw coefficient of sorghum with red silk was 0.99,the harvest index was 0.49,the fresh straw coefficient was 2.88,and the moisture content of straw was 65.82%.Combined with the fresh straw coefficient,it is estimated that the fresh straw yield in 2019,2020,2021 and 2022 in Guizhou province is as high as 1.1232 million tons,1.44 million tons,2.16 million tons and 2.88 million tons,indicating that the task of studying sorghum straw as fodder is urgent.
