摘　　要：目的:探讨输尿管结石性尿路梗阻的肾周炎的CT表现。方法:收集输尿管结石性尿路梗阻386例,分析其肾周炎的发生率及CT表现。结果:386例398侧输尿管结石性尿路梗阻中,186例有肾周炎(46.7%)。肾周炎包括肾被膜下积液(14%),肾被膜增厚(2.2%),桥隔增厚(100.0%),桥隔间积液(8.1%),肾周间隙内脂肪层斑片状影(36.0%),肾旁间隙积液(16.1%),肾筋膜增厚72例,腹膜增厚72例。结论:CT可清晰显示输尿管结石性肾周炎的程度和范围,对其诊断有重要作用。Objective:To investigate CT features of perinephritis in ureteral calculi.Methods: MSCT data of 386 patients with perinephritis were retrospectively analyzed.Results: Resuls of the 386 patients, involved 398 sides, 186 had perinephritis(46.7%).CT features of perinephritis included effusion of renal subcapsular(14%),thickening of renal capsule(2.2%), thicking of bridging septa of the perinephric space(100.0%),effusion of bridging septa space(100.0%),effusion of bridging septa space(8.1%),lamellar shadow of fat layer in the perirenal space(36.0%),pararenal space effusion(16.1%).Conclusion: MSCT can clearly demonstrate extent and range of perinephritisin ureteral calculi.CT has important role for diagnosis of perinephritis in ureteral calculi.
