图书馆灰色文献资源建设问题研究

摘　　要：当前馆藏文献资源同质化和单一化制约着图书馆业务发展和服务创新。较之白色馆藏文献,灰色文献资源更能突显图书馆的馆藏特色和文献价值。从建立主导机构、健全法律法规、构建收藏梯度、强化网络灰色文献收集、实现规范编目等五方面来解决目前图书馆灰色文献资源建设中存在的问题。The homogenization and simplification of collected literature resources have currently restricted the development of library business and service innovation.Compared with the white collected literature,gray literature resources can better highlight the collection characteristics and literature value of the library.Five issues are discussed in this paper to solve the problems in the construction of grey literature resources:establishing leading institutions,perfecting laws and regulations,constructing collection gradient,enhancing the network of gray literature collection and realizing standardized catalogs.
