摘 要:主要论述迈步模板在泉店煤矿西风井垂深295~339 m段外壁施工中应用情况。该段井壁为钢筋混凝土结构,混凝土强度等级C60。撑靴直径7550 mm,圆周上共由14个直模块和2个伸缩模块组成,模板每块质量均为1.3 t,高度1790 mm。通过迈步模板的使用,解决了井筒施工中的提升悬吊问题,为类似工程施工提供了经验。The paper mainly stated the application situation of the walking formwork in the outer shaft liner at a section between 295 m and 339 m of the vertical depth in West Ventilation Shaft of Quandian Coal Mine.The shaft liner at the section was a reinforced concrete structure and the strength grade of the concrete was C60.The support boots had a diameter of 7550 mm,the periphery were made up with 14 straight modules and 2 expansion modules totally,the quantity of each module was 1.3 t and the height of the module was 1790 mm.The application of the walking formwork could solve the lifting suspension problem occurred in the mine shaft construction and could provide the experiences to the similar engineering construction.
