摘 要:凿井井架是正井法掘砌竖井的必备设备之一,目前成熟应用的凿井井架最大可施工直径8 m的竖井。以色列可卡夫哈亚邓抽水蓄能电站的进水调压井上段直径16.1 m,下段直径5.2 m。经过对该进水调压井的地质状况、调压井底部高压下平洞施工进度、工期要求等的综合分析,确定进水调压井采用凿井井架正井法施工,凿井井架悬空布置(井架的2个支腿支撑在井口混凝土基础上,另2个支腿支撑在井口的1根钢支承梁上)。实际应用取得了很好的效果,解决了特大直径竖井配套凿井井架正井法施工的难题,对类似工程施工具有借鉴意义。A shaft sinking headframe is one of the necessary equipment for the positive shaft sinking method to excavate and the present mature applied mine shaft sinking headframe could construct the mine shaft with a max diameter of 8 m.In Israel Kokhav Hayarden Pumped Storage Power Station,the top section diameter of the inlet surge shaft was 16.1 m and the low section diameter was 5.2 m.With the general analysis on the geological conditions of the inlet surge shaft,the tunnel construction schedule and time limit requirement under the bottom high pressure of the inlet surge shaft and others,the positive shaft sinking method with the shaft sinking headframe was determined to construct the inlet surge shaft and the shaft sinking headframe was set up with the suspended layout(two legs of the headframe were supported on the concrete foundation around the shaft mouth and other two legs were supported on one steel support beam at the mine shaft mouth).The practical application obtained an excellent effect,had solved the difficulty of the construction with the positive shaft sinking method and the shaft sinking headframe for the ultra lager diameter mine shaft and could have the references to the similar engineering construction.
