摘 要:传统立井施工中,吊盘、模板均采用凿井绞车+钢丝绳悬吊。随着井筒深度的增加,这种悬吊方案难度不断加大,效率明显下降。为此,国内开始研究吊盘及模板的井内悬吊、迈步移动解决方案。就迈步模板及迈步吊盘,提出全液压无梁窝迈步解决方案,并进行了室内相似模型试验、数值模拟计算以及部分工业性试验。该方案既可解决井筒施工中的悬空砌壁问题,也可解决模板与吊盘的井内悬吊迈步难题。In a conventional construction of a mine shaft,the sinking stages and formworks would be suspended with the sinking winch and steel wire ropes.With the depth of the mine shaft increased,the difficulty of the suspending plan would be increased continuously and the efficiency would obviously be decreased.Therefore,in China,a study was started on a in shaft suspending and walking movement solution of the inking stage and formwork.A full hydraulic no beam nest walking solution was provided for the walking formwork and walking sinking stage.And also a in door simulation model test,numerical simulation calculation and partial industrial test were conducted.The plan could solve the suspended lining problems occurred in the mine shaft construction and also could solve the in shaft suspending walking difficult problem of the formwork and sinking stage.
