日投饲率对半滑舌鳎生长的影响

摘　　要：为找出半滑舌鳎(Cynoglossus semilaevis)幼鱼的适宜日投饲率,试验中设日投饲量占鱼体重0.8%、1.0%、1.2%、1.4%四个水平,连续喂食初始体质量为(170±10)g的半滑舌鳎60 d。结果表明,日投饲率对半滑舌鳎的体重、增重率、瞬时生长率、积温生长系数、特定生长率、蛋白保留率有显著的影响(P<0.05)。随着日投饲率的增加,上述指标先升高后降低,日投饲率1.0%时最高;0.8%、1.0%组的蛋白质效率无显著差异且显著高于1.2%、1.4%组。0.8%、1.0%组的饲料系数无显著差异且显著低于另外两组。结论:体重为(170±10)g的半滑舌鳎适宜日投饲率为体重的1.0%。In order to investigate the effects of The daily feeding Rate on Growth Index of Medium-sized Tongue Sole(Cynoglossus semilaevis).Experimental diets accounted for 0.0%,1.0%,1.2%and 1.4%,were respectively fed to trial fish three daily with an average initial weight of 170±10 g for 60 days.The results showed that the daily bait casting rate has a significant effect on the body weight,weight gain rate,instantaneous growth rate,growth of accumulated temperature coefficient,specific growth rate and protein retention of the semi-slip tongue sole(P<0.05).With the increase of daily bait rate,the above indicators increased first and then reduced,with the highest daily bait rate at 1.0%;no significant protein efficiency in 0.8%and 1.0%groups Difference and significantly higher than 1.2%,1.4%groups.No bait coefficient in the 0.8%and 1.0%groups were significantly lower than the other two groups.Conclusion:Half-smooth tongue sole weighing(170±10)g is suitable for daily bait casting rate of 1.0%of body weight.
