摘  要:采用双酚A型环氧树脂CY5995为基体树脂,酸酐HY227为固化剂,聚磷酸铵(APP)/氢氧化铝(ATH)为复配阻燃剂,硅微粉为填料,脂环族环氧树脂S-186为改性剂制备了环氧灌封胶。通过示差扫描量热分析、热失重分析和氧指数、阻燃级别、弯曲和拉伸强度等测试研究了阻燃剂配比、填料以及脂环族环氧树脂用量等对灌封胶性能的影响。结果表明:聚磷酸铵,氢氧化铝,硅微粉,S-186树脂的添加质量分数分别为15%,5%,280%,15%的CY5995/HY227体系的综合性能优异,灌封胶的极限氧指数为31.5%,阻燃等级达到UL94 V-0级,弯曲强度和拉伸强度分别达到135.2 MPa和75.6 MPa。The epoxy pouring sealant was prepared using bisphenol A epoxy resin CY5995 as matrix resin,acid anhydride HY227 as curing agent,ammonium polyphosphate(APP)/aluminum hydroxide(ATH)as compound flame retardant,silica powder powder as filler and alicyclic epoxy resin as modifier.The effects of flame retardant ratio,filler and alicyclic epoxy resin S-186 amounts on the properties of potting sealant were investigated by DSC,TGA and tests of oxygen index,flame retardant grade,flexural strength and tensile strength,etc.The results showed that the CY5995/HY227 system with 15 wt%,5 wt%,280 wt% and 15 wt% of ammonium polyphosphate,aluminum hydroxide,silica powder powder and S-186 resin respectively had excellent comprehensive performance.The limiting oxygen index was 31.5%,and the flame retardant grade reached UL94 V-0.The flexural strength and tensile strength was 135.2 MPa and 75.6 MPa,respectively.
