摘  要:为探究在雏鸡生长中添加蝉花多糖对鸡脂质代谢及免疫功能的影响,试验选取270只雁荡麻鸡,随机分成6组,公母各半,每组3个重复,每个重复15只。每只鸡分别于11~17日龄和25~31日龄灌服(1次/d),其中Ⅰ组(非免疫)和Ⅱ组(免疫)各灌服生理盐水,Ⅲ组灌服杆菌肽锌(50 mg/kg),Ⅳ~Ⅵ组分别灌服25,50,100 mg/kg的蝉花多糖,每只0.5 mL,试验期42 d。结果显示:Ⅳ~Ⅵ组血清中TC含量显著低于Ⅲ组(P<0.05),Ⅳ组TC含量和Ⅴ组TP含量显著优于Ⅰ~Ⅲ组(P<0.05),Ⅵ组TP含量和Ⅴ组GLB含量显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ组(P<0.05),Ⅵ组GLB含量和Ⅳ组TG含量显著优于Ⅰ组(P<0.05);Ⅳ~Ⅵ组脾脏指数和法氏囊指数高于Ⅲ组(P>0.05);Ⅴ组血清中免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ组,Ⅴ组血清中补体C3(C3)含量显著高于Ⅰ~Ⅲ组(P<0.05),Ⅳ组血清中补体C4(C4)含量显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅲ组(P<0.05);Ⅴ组血清中干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)含量、Ⅳ组血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量及Ⅳ~Ⅵ组血清中白介素-2(IL-2)含量均显著高于Ⅱ、Ⅲ组(P<0.05),Ⅴ组血清中TNF-α含量显著高于Ⅱ、Ⅲ组(P<0.05),Ⅴ、Ⅵ组血清中白介素-4(IL-4)含量显著高于Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。结果表明,蝉花多糖能提高雁荡麻鸡脂质代谢和免疫能力。本试验条件下,蝉花多糖中剂量组(50 mg/kg)效果最佳。The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of adding Cordyceps cicadae polysaccharide in feed on lipid metabolism and immune function of chicken.In this experiment,270 Yandang Ma-chicken,half male and half female,were randomly divided into 6 groups with 3 replicates in each group and 15 chickens in each replicate.In 42-day test period,chickens in 11-17 and 25-31 day-old in every group were drenched with different solution,every chicken with 0.5 mL,includingⅠgroup(non-immune)with normal saline,Ⅱgroup(immune)with normal saline,Ⅲgroup with bacitracin zinc(50mg/kg),Ⅳ-Ⅵgroups with 25,50,100mg/kg Cordyceps cicadae polysaccharide respectively.The results showed that the TC in serum ofⅣ-Ⅵgroups significantly lowered thanⅢgroup(P<0.05).The level ofⅣgroup TC andⅤgroup TP were significantly higher thanⅠ-Ⅲgroups(P<0.05).TP content in groupⅥand GLB content in groupⅤwere significantly higher thanⅠandⅡgroups(P<0.05).The levels of GLB in groupⅥand TG in groupⅣwere significantly higher thanⅠgroup(P<0.05).The index of spleen and bursa of fabricius inⅣ-Ⅵgroups were higher thanⅢgroup(P>0.05).The serum immunoglobulin A(IgA)content inⅤgroup was significantly higher than that ofⅠandⅡgroups.The serum C3content inⅤgroup was significantly higher thanⅠ-Ⅲgroups(P<0.05).The serum C4content inⅣgroup was significantly higher thanⅠ,Ⅲgroups(P<0.05).The serum interferon-γ(IFN-γ)content inⅤgroup,the serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)content in B group,the serum interleukin-2(IL-2)content inⅣ-Ⅵgroups,were significantly higher than that ofⅡandⅢgroups(P<0.05).The serum TNF-αcontent inⅤgroup was significantly higher than that ofⅡandⅢgroups(P<0.05).The serum interleukin-4(IL-4)inⅤandⅥgroups were significantly higher than that of groupⅡ(P<0.05).The results indicated that the Cordycepscicadaepolysaccharide can improve lipid metabolism and immunity of Yandang Ma-chicken.In this experiment,the medium dose group(50mg/kg)of Cordyceps cicadae polysaccharid
