摘　　要：A型塞内卡病毒(Senecavirus A,SVA),也称为塞内加谷病毒(Seneca Valley virus,SVV),是单股正链RNA病毒,属于小RNA病毒科塞内卡病毒属成员。SVA感染可引发母猪水泡性相关疾病,并可导致新生仔猪急性死亡,严重影响养猪生产。自2015年广东省发生SVA感染以来,我国多省份陆续有感染报道,如何有效防控SVA感染是养猪从业人员须面对的问题。现拟对SVA流行情况、感染免疫机理、诊断及疫苗研发等方面进行综述,旨在为SVA防控提供有效信息。Senecavirus A(SVA),previously called Seneca Valley virus(SVV),is a single-strand and positive-sense RNA virus,belonging to the genus Senecavirus within the family Picornaviridae.SVA infection could cause blistering clinical symptoms in sows and acute death of newborn piglets,which is a major hidden danger in the pig industry.Since the outbreak of SVA infection in Guangdong Province of China in 2015,the SVA epidemic has erupted in many provinces of China.It is a challenge for pig farmers to prevent and control SVA infection.In order to provide effective information for the prevention and control of SVA infection,this article intends to review the prevalence,pathogenic mechanism,diagnostics and vaccine development of SVA.
