摘　　要：目的探索人性化介入手术衣在心血管介入术围手术期的应用效果。方法选取2017年6月至12月我科心行血管介入手术患者120例,根据围手术期使用的手术衣不同,分为试验组和对照组,各60例。试验组穿人性化介入手术衣,对照组穿常规手术衣,记录两组患者术前脱衣时间、术后穿衣时间,对比两组手术衣在围手术期穿脱衣时间及医患的满意度。结果试验组术前脱衣时间、术后穿衣时间均低于对照组(P<0.05),试验组患者对人性化介入手术衣的满意度均高于对照组对常规手术衣的满意度(P<0.05)。结论人性化介入手术衣在围手术期护理中穿脱方便、简单,提高了工作效率,同时体现了人文关怀,深受患者及医护喜欢。Objective To explore the application of humanized interventional surgical gown in cardiovascular intervention operation.Methods 120 patients who underwent various types of cardiovascular intervention operations were initially enrolled form June 2017 to December 2017 in our department.All patients were randomly divided into two groups including experimental group and control group based on different gowns.A sample of 60 subjects comprised the experimental group,all of whom wore humanized interventional surgical gowns,whereas 60 control patients wore conventional gowns.The time of putting the gown on and off,and the degree of patient-physician satisfaction in the perioperative period were compared between two groups.Results Compared to the control group,the experimental group had a shorter time in putting the gown on and off,and a higher degree of patient-physician satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion The humanized interventional gown was convenient,simple,and helpful for increasing work productivity in perioperative care.Meanwhile,this show humanistic care to patients.Therefore,it was well received by patients and physician.
