2000—2016年广东省中山市乳腺癌发病趋势分析

摘　　要：[目的]分析2000—2016年广东省中山市乳腺癌发病概况。[方法]收集整理2000—2016年中山市户籍乳腺癌患者发病资料,分析其发病数、粗发病率、年龄别发病率和标化发病率等指标。中国人口标化率(中标率)依据2000年全国普查标准人口年龄构成计算,世界人口标化率(世标率)依照Segi’s世界标准人口构成计算。[结果]2000—2016年广东省中山市男、女性乳腺癌新发病例分别为24例和3759例,发病中标率分别为0.13/10万和20.22/10万,发病世标率分别为0.17/10万和24.94/10万。2000—2016年期间,中山市男性乳腺癌发病世标率从2000年的0.77/10万略微下降至2016年的0.09/10万(P=0.30),女性从2000年的17.74/10万明显上升至2016年的31.57/10万(P<0.01)。期间中山市女性乳腺癌发病从25~29岁年龄组开始迅速上升,55~59岁达高峰,而男性75~79岁年龄组发病最高,其余各年龄组发病均较低。[结论]2000—2016年广东省中山市男性乳腺癌发病率低,且略有下降,女性发病虽位于全球较低水平,但明显上升,提示中山市应加强女性乳腺癌防治。[Purpose]To analyze breast cancer incidence and its trend in Zhongshan City of Gangdong Province from 2000 to 2016.[Methods]Breast cancer incidence data of Zhongshan registered residents during 2000—2016 were collected.The new cases,crude incidence rate,age specific rate and age standardized rate were calculated and analyzed.The age standardized rate was calculated and adjusted by Chinese population in 2000(ASR-C)and the world Segi’s standard population(ASR-W).[Results]There were 24 male and 3759 female new breast cancer cases in Zhongshan City during 2000—2016,respectively;the male and female ASR-C and ASR-W were 0.13/105,20.22/105,0.17/105,24.94/105,respectively.The male ASR-W declined slightly from 0.77/105 in 2000 to 0.09/105 in 2016(P=0.30),and the female ASR-W rose remarkably from17.74/105 in 2000 to 31.57/105 in 2016(P<0.01).The female age specific incidence increased from 25~29 years group,and peaked at 55~59 group,with the male incidence peaking at 75~79 group and remaining relatively low for all age groups.[Conclusion]The male breast cancer incidence in Zhongshan City is low and decreased slightly from 2000 to 2016.Meanwhile,the incidence of female breast cancer increased during the period,suggesting the female breast cancer control and prevention in Zhongshan City should be enhanced.
