摘 要:基于目前我国城市建设规模及对盾构施工功能需求,微型管线隧道建设不断增多。浅埋微型盾构下穿既有建筑物是一个复杂的系统性工程,下穿施工过程对于地表沉降控制尤为关键。本文依托长春市西安桥改造工程,结合现场实际施工情况,对下穿施工过程所遇重难点问题进行研究,从既有线路加固、顶进参数及预防措施等方面提出泥水平衡微型盾构顶管施工下穿既有铁路和城市轻轨沉降控制优化方案,可为类似地质条件下盾构顶管施工地表沉降控制提供借鉴。Based on the current scale of urban construction in China and the demand for the function of shield technology,the construction of micro pipeline tunnels is increasing. Shallow-buried micro shield tunneling through existing buildings is a complex and systematic project. The settlement control of the surface during the construction is particularly important in such projects. Relying on the reconstruction project of Xi’an Bridge in Changchun City,this paper studies the key and difficult problems encountered in the construction process in combination with the actual construction situation,and puts forward the optimization scheme of slurry balance micro shield jacking technology under the existing railway and urban light rail settlement control from the aspects of existing line reinforcement,jacking parameters and prevention measures,which can provide reference for shield jacking construction and surface settlement control under similar geological conditions.
