摘 要:为更有效地命中目标,提高旋转导弹的突防能力,设计了旋转导弹双弹连发半实物仿真总体方案。主要介绍了系统主要组成及其工作原理,研究了实时控制和时钟同步等关键技术。针对CAN总线波特率高于1 Mbps时传输距离不超过40 m的问题,结合半实物仿真的反射内存技术,设计了CAN总线数据中继站。该方法对CAN总线通信距离进行了有效的延伸,试验结果无丢帧和错帧现象。结果表明整个系统稳定、可靠且具有可拓展性。In order to be more effectively hit the target and improve the penetration capability of rolling missile,a scheme design of hardware in-the-loop simulation for double rolling missile continuous emission is proposed.The components and working principle of the system are introduced and some key techniques are researched,including real-time control technique and clock synchronization technique.In terms of the issue which CAN bus transmission distance is less than 40 m while the baud rate is higher than 1 Mbps,the CAN bus data relay station is designed combined with the reflective memory technology of hardware in-the-loop simulation.The method extends the CAN bus transmission distance effectively.There is no frame loss and frame error during simulation cycle.The test results show that the whole system is stable,reliable and extensible.
