红色文献辑录指瑕:以《陕甘宁边区保障人权财权条例》为例

摘　　要：对红色文献进行辑录时,应保持原文的真实性,避免混淆概念、虚假推定、望文生义等错误。本文对国内编辑出版的红色文献汇编中收录《陕甘宁边区保障人权财权条例》出现的问题进行梳理,探明其存在描述错误、不准确、误导后者研究等不规范现象,通过考据原始文本,以循证思维做合理论证,纠正错、瑕,以确保其作为研究对象的正确、准确传承。While compiling on red literature,the authenticity of the original text should be maintained to avoid confusion of concepts,false presumptions,and unreasonable meaning.This article summarizes the issues in the Regulations on the Protection of Human Rights and Property Rights in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region and sorts out description errors,inaccurate citation,misleading the late stage research and other irregular phenomena,with evidence-based thought and theoretical proving to ensure the correct and accurate inheritance of the Regulations on the Protection of Human Rights and Financial Rights in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region as the research object.
