摘　　要：党章的学习是党的思想建设的重点和核心,从新发现的一本延安时期学习新党章的纪录——《随时笔记》中,我们可以了解到广大基层普通党员学习党章的真实情况和具体细节,如他们关注和思考的重点是什么,从本笔记来看,主要是对组织的本质、作用、原则和形式的思考;对从基层党支部到中共中央各级党组织的特征、作用的理解以及对于党章中新增加的党纲和整个党章关系的把握,等等。同时,可以看出这些基层的普通党员对一些问题的本质有着深刻的把握,并进行了延伸和阐发。他们结合自身的思想、工作来学习党章,勇于批评与自我批评,达到了加强党的思想建设的目的。The study of the party constitution is the key and core of the ideological construction of the party.From the newly discovered record of learning the new party constitution in Yan’an period,Notes at Any Time,we can understand the real situation and specific details of learning the party constitution of the general party members at the grassroots level,such as what are the key points that they pay attention to and think about.From this note,the points mainly are:the reflection on the nature,function,principle and form of organization;the understanding of the characteristics and functions of party organizations at all levels from grass-roots party branches to the CPC Central Committee;and grasping the relationship between the newly added party platform and the whole party constitution,etc.At the same time,we can see that these grassroots ordinary party members have a deep grasp of the nature of some problems,and have extended and explained them.They study the party constitution in combination with their own thoughts and work,and have the courage to criticize and self-criticize,which has achieved the purpose of strengthening the ideological construction of the party.
