基层公共图书馆红色文献数据库建设研究——以“余杭红色记忆”专题资源库为例

摘　　要：基层公共图书馆建设红色文献数据库对于弘扬红色传统、传承红色基因具有非常重要的意义。本文通过调查国内公共图书馆建设红色文化资源(文献)数据库的现状,分析其选题特征和建设主体,以杭州市余杭区图书馆建设的"余杭红色记忆"专题资源库为例,探究基层公共图书馆建设红色文献数据库的实践过程,包含建设过程与实践方式、红色文献等资源的选择和收集、数据库框架设计和内容分类、推广利用和读者服务等方面,分析存在的不足,提出思考和启示,旨为基层公共图书馆实践提供参考。Building a red literature database at a grassroots public library is of great significance in promoting the revolutionary tradition and passing on the revolutionary heritage.By surveying the current situation of revolutionary document (literature) database building in domestic public libraries,this article analyzes the characteristics of the subjects and the main body of construction;with Yuhang Red Memory special resource database of Yuhang District Library in Hangzhou as a case in point,it explores the practical process of red literature database building in grassroots libraries,including the building process and the actual methods,the selection and collection of revolutionary literature,database framework design and content classification,promotion and usage,and reader service.Finally,it analyzes the inadequacies and proposes thoughts and revelations with a view to providing reference for practice in public libraries.
