摘　　要：本文对支气管哮喘缓解期患儿护理管理的现状、院外管理及评价指标进行综述,以期为儿童支气管哮喘的规范化管理提供依据;提升哮喘患儿认知水平及遵医行为;减轻患儿气道炎症,改善哮喘控制水平,提高生活质量;提高患儿哮喘完全控制水平,减少哮喘急性发作、紧急就诊及住院次数,降低医疗费用的支出.This article summarized the current situation,out-of-hospital management and evaluation index of nursing management of children with bronchial asthma in remission stage,in order to provide the basis for standardized management of children with bronchial asthma.To improve the cognitive level and compliance behavior of children with asthma;Alleviate airway inflammation,improve asthma control level,improve the quality of life;To improve the complete control level of asthma in children,reduce the number of asthma acute attack,emergency treatment and hospitalization,and reduce the medical expenses.
