摘　　要：目的探讨研究基于依从性量表建立依从性曲线对于乳腺癌术后恢复1年患者患肢锻炼依从性水平研究.方法此次研究,选取研究对象为2018年6月~2020年6月期间,我院中手术治疗的乳腺癌患者90例,使用术后功能锻炼依从性量表进行患者调查,并绘制依从性调查曲线,以此为基础分析探讨乳腺癌患者术后1年的患肢锻炼依从性水平.结果患者术后1年内,依从性呈现不断下降趋势,患者术后1年身体锻炼依从性、主动寻求依从性、注意事项依从性得分,明显出现下降趋势(P<0.05);不同时期,对患者术后患肢锻炼依从性进行两两对比分析,患者术后1年身体锻炼依从性、主动寻求依从性,与术后3个月、6个月相比,明显下降(P<0.05);术后1年患者注意事项依从性与术后3个月、6个月相比,不存在明显差异(P>0.05).结论研究数据表明,乳腺癌患者术后的患肢锻炼依从性较差,且随着时间增加呈现不断下降的趋势,这与多种因素相关,需要临床加强术后对患者的护理干预,确保患者术后患肢锻炼依从性.Objective To investigate the study of the compliance level of the affected limbs of patients with breast cancer recovery 1 year after breast cancer by establishing a compliance curve based on the compliance scale.Methods In this study,the selected subjeets were 90 patients with breast cancer who were surgically treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020.The postoperative funetional exercise compliance scale was used to conduct patient surveys and plot compliance The survey curve was used as a basis to analyze and explore the exercise compliance level of the affcted limbs of breast cancer patients one year after surgery.Results The patient's compliance showed a declining trend within I year after the operation.The patients'physical exercise compliance,active seeking compliance,and precautions compliance scores showed a significant downward trend(P<0.05).The patient's postoperative limb exercise compliance was analyzed in pairs.The:patient's compliance with physical exercise and active seeking compliance 1 year after surgery were significantly lower than those at 3 and 6 months after surgery(P<0.05);There was no.significant difference in compliance of patients'precautions at 1 year after operation and 3 months and 6 months after operation(P>0.05).Conc lus ion The research data shows that the postoperative compliance of the afcted limbs of breast cancer patients is poor,and it shows a.declining trend with the increase of time.This is related to a variety of factors.It is necessary to strengthen clinical nursing intervention for patients after surgery to ensure The patient's compliance with postoperative limb exercise.
