不同季节采精对杜泊羊精液品质的影响

摘　　要：为了探究不同季节采精对杜泊羊精液品质的影响,试验选择6只年龄为(2±0.5)岁的体重为(110.45±10.23)kg的健康杜泊羊种公羊为研究对象,于2019年3月10日至2020年1月20日(试验地3-5月份为春季,6-8月份为夏季,9-11月份为秋季,12月份-次年2月份为冬季)采用假阴道法按月采集种公羊精液,每月大约每10 d采集1次精液,每月采集3次,每次采集的精液进行精液品质检测(包括精液外观、精子活力、密度和畸形率),分析不同季节的精液品质差异。结果表明:不同季节采精对精液外观无明显影响;不同季节精液精子活力和畸形率存在显著差异,精子密度差异不明显;春季5月份和秋季精子活力显著高于夏季和冬季1月份(P<0.05);夏季7月份精子畸形率显著高于秋季(P<0.05),秋季10月份显著低于夏季和1月份(P<0.05)。说明杜泊羊精液品质秋季最佳,春季4,5月份次之,春季3月份和冬夏两季最差。In order to explore the effect of different sperm collection seasons on semen quality of Dorper sheep,six healthy Dorper sheep with the age of(2±0.5)years and the body weight of(110.45±10.23)kg were selected as the research subjects.From March 10,2019 to January 20,2020(spring from March to May,summer from June to August,autumn from September to November,winter from December to February of the next year in test area),semen of breeding rams was collected by pseudo vagina method on a monthly basis.Semen was collected every 10 days per month,three times a month.The semen quality(including semen appearance,sperm motility,sperm density and deformity rate)was detected in each sample,and the differences in semen quality in different seasons were analyzed.The results showed that semen collection in different seasons had no significant effect on semen appearance.There were significant differences in sperm motility and deformity rate in different seasons,but no significant difference in sperm density.The sperm motility in spring May and autumn was significantly higher than that in summer and winter January(P<0.05).The rate of sperm deformity in July of summer was significantly higher than that in autumn(P<0.05),and that in October was significantly lower that in summer and January(P<0.05).The results indicated that the semen quality of Dorper sheep was the best in autumn,followed by April and May in spring,and the worst in March of spring,winter and summer.
