摘 要:为了研究添加不同水平青贮宝添加剂对全株玉米青贮品质的影响,试验将蜡熟期收获的巡天969全株青贮玉米采用密封塑料桶进行青贮,采用单因素试验设计,设置对照组和试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组全株青贮玉米中分别按0.01,0.02,0.03 g/kg添加青贮宝,对照组不添加任何添加剂,每组3个重复,密封青贮60 d后测定分析全株玉米青贮的营养成分指标(粗蛋白、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、淀粉、粗灰分、总可消化养分、每吨干物质产奶量)和发酵品质指标(pH值、乳酸、乙酸、丁酸、氨态氮),最后利用隶属函数法进行综合评价。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维含量和pH值降低,淀粉含量提高,每吨干物质产奶量显著提高(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组粗蛋白和乳酸含量显著提高(P<0.05);3个试验组粗灰分含量均降低,总可消化养分含量和每吨干物质产奶量均提高,其中试验Ⅰ组粗灰分含量最低,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组总可消化养分含量显著提高(P<0.05);试验Ⅲ组氨态氮/总氮显著下降(P<0.05)。隶属函数法综合评价得出试验Ⅰ组>试验Ⅱ组>试验Ⅲ组>对照组。说明青贮宝添加剂在全株玉米青贮中最适添加量为0.01 g/kg。In order to study the effect of adding different levels of Qingzhubao additive on the quality of whole corn silage,sealed plastic buckets were used for silage of whole corn Xuntian 969 harvested at wax-ripening stage.A single factor experimental design was used to set up the control group(without additives)and 3 test groups which were added with 0.01 g/kg(test groupⅠ),0.02 g/kg(test groupⅡ)and 0.03 g/kg(test groupⅢ)of Qingzhubao additive,and each group was repeated for three times.After sealing silage for 60 days,nutrient composition indexes(crude protein,neutral detergent fiber,acid detergent fiber,starch,crude ash,total digestible nutrient,milk yield per ton of dry matter)and fermentation quality indexes(pH value,lactic acid,acetic acid,butyric acid,ammonia nitrogen)of whole corn silage were determined and analyzed.Finally,the membership function method was used for comprehensive evaluation.The results showed that compared with the control group,pH valve,the content of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber in test groupⅠwere decreased,the starch content was increased,and the milk yield per ton of dry matter was significantly increased(P<0.05).The crude protein and lactic acid contents in test groupⅡwere significantly increased(P<0.05).Crude ash content in the three experimental groups was decreased,while total digestible nutrient content and milk yield per ton dry matter were increased,and the crude ash content in test groupⅠwas the lowest.The content of total digestible nutrient in test groupⅠandⅡwas significantly increased(P<0.05).Ammonia-nitrogen/total nitrogen in test groupⅢwas significantly decreased(P<0.05).The order of superiority and inferiority of comprehensive evaluation by the membership function is:test groupⅠ>test groupⅡ>test groupⅢ>control group.The results indicated that the optimal adding amount of silage treasure additive in whole corn silage was 0.01 g/kg.
