青蒿常山颗粒对人工感染鸡柔嫩艾美耳球虫的治疗效果研究

摘　　要：为探索青蒿常山颗粒对鸡柔嫩艾美耳球虫病的治疗效果,试验将210只15日龄健康罗曼粉鸡随机分为试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组及阳性药物组、模型组、空白组,每组30只,除空白组外,其余试验鸡均灌服5×103个孢子化卵囊,攻虫5 d后,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别按照0.60,0.30,0.15 g/只的剂量进行给药,阳性药物组按照每升水加0.5%地克珠利溶液0.2 mL饮水给药,连用5 d;试验Ⅳ组在球虫卵囊感染同时按0.30 g/只的剂量拌料给药,连用5 d。试验期间观察试验鸡的临床表现,测定其相对增重率、存活率、病变值及卵囊值以综合评判青蒿常山颗粒抗球虫的效果。结果表明:给药后,与模型组相比,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组试验鸡相对增重率和存活率增高,病变值和卵囊值降低,抗球虫指数分别为168.60,170.15,176.13,174.59。说明青蒿常山颗粒抗球虫疗效良好,其中以0.15 g/只的剂量给药效果相对较好。In order to explore the therapeutic effect of Qinghao Changshan Granules on Eimeria tenella in chickens,21015-day-old healthy Roman powder chickens were randomly divided into test groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,ⅢandⅣ,positive drug group,model group,blank group,with 30 in each group.Except the blank group,all the other experimental chickens were given 5×103 sporulated oocysts by gavage.After 5 days of challenge,the dosage of 0.60,0.30,and 0.15 g/head in the test groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢwere respectively given for 5 consecutive days,the positive drug group was given the drug by drinking water supplemented with 0.2 mL 0.5%diczumil solution per liter of water;the test groupsⅣwas given the dug by mixing into the feed with a dose of 0.30 g/head while infected with coccidial oocyst.During the test period,the clinical manifestations were observed,and the relative weight gain rate,survival rate,lesion value and oocyst value were determined to comprehensively evaluate the anti-coccidial effect of Qinghao Changshan Granules.The results showed that after administration,compared with the model group,the relative weight gain rate and survival rate of test groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,ⅢandⅣtest chickens were increased,and the lesion value and oocyst value were decreased.Their anticoccidial indexes were 168.60,170.15,176.13 and 174.59,respectively.It indicated that the anti-coccidial effect of Qinghao Changshan Granules was good,in which 0.15 g/head was relatively good.
