摘  要:为选择出适合荩草扦插繁殖的插穗长度,设4cm、6cm和10cm插穗进行扦插繁殖,通过测定成活率、幼苗构件性状及生物量结构,分析插穗长度对荩草生长发育的影响,探究插穗长度与荩草生存、生长和生殖的关系。结果表明:插穗长度对成活率有极显著影响(P<0.01)。插穗长度为6cm时成活率最大,达86.00%;插穗长度为10cm时,成活率达49.33%;插穗长度为4cm时,成活率仅34.67%。插穗长度对荩草根、茎、叶等构件性状有显著影响(P<0.05)。插穗长度为6cm时,单株叶总数和单株总叶面积极显著大于插穗长度为4cm与10cm;插穗长度为6cm时单株分蘖数及主茎直径极显著大于长度为4cm与10cm。插穗长度对生物量结构有显著影响。插穗长度对植株地上生物量、总生物量、根茎比及地下生物量比均有极显著影响(P<0.01),对地下生物量有显著影响(P<0.05)。插穗长度为6cm时除根茎比外各生物量指标均显著高于长度为4cm与10cm。说明插穗长度为6cm时最适宜荩草生根及生长。In order to select the length of cuttings suitable for the cutting propagation of Arthraxon hispidus,4cm,6cm and 10cm cuttings were selected for cutting propagation.The survival rate,seedling component characteristics and biomass structure were determined to analyze the length of cuttings on the growth and development of barnyard grass and to explore the correlation between cutting length and survival,growth,and reproduction of Arthraxon hispidus.The results showed that:The length of cuttings had a significant effect on the survival rate(P<0.01).When the cutting length was 6cm,the survival rate was the highest,reaching 86.00%.When the cutting length was 10cm,the survival rate was 49.33%.When the cutting length was 4cm,the survival rate was only 34.67%.The length of cuttings had a significant effect on the traits of roots,stems and leaves of valerian roots(P<0.05).When the cutting length was 6cm,the total number of leaves per plant and the total leaf surface of each plant was significantly greater than the length of the panicles 4cm and 10cm.When the cutting length was 6cm,the number of tillers per plant and the diameter of main stem were significantly greater than those of 4cm and 10cm.Cutting length had a significant effect on biomass structure.The length of cuttings had significant effects on the above-ground biomass,total biomass,root and stem ratio,and underground biomass ratio(P<0.01),and had a significant effect on the underground biomass(P<0.05).When the cutting length was 6cm,the rhizome biomass was significantly higher than the length of 4cm and 10cm.It indicated that the cutting length was 6cm,which was the most suitable for the rooting and growth of the grass.
