摘  要:针对宽温宽带大动态高精度光延时调控的需求,结合数控级联和空间光连续可调延时技术,设计了一种大动态高精度延时稳定可调的9bit光纤延时线,并采用磁光开关和稳相光纤搭建了工程样机。试验结果表明,样机在60℃宽温范围内实现了工作频率1~18GHz,以5ns为步进,延时范围达2555ns,延时精度优于±5.8ps的任意可调;同时,针对某一延时点实现了动态范围为600ps、精度优于1ps的延时连续可调。In order to meet the needs of wideband fiber-optic time delay line with highprecision and large dynamic range,a time-stabilized 9 bit wideband fiber-optic delay line is designed and demonstrated with magnetic optical switches and phase stable fiber.The experimental results show that,the sample can realize a transmission frequency of 1~18 GHz in a wide temperature range of 60℃,the delay range is 0~2555 ns with a delay step of 5 ns,and the delay precision is less than±5.8 ps.Meanwhile,for a certain delay point,the dynamic range is 600 ps and the precision is less than 1 ps.
